+Harry Karanja of Nairobi Toastmasters pulled it off! The Early Birds Nairobi Toastmasters Club held it's inaugural meeting this morning. You won't believe how many early birds there are out there. The meeting room was packed with seasoned toastmasters, greenhorns, guests and me.
Two great speeches were delivered including a musical one from the Democratic Republic of Congo. In two minutes, I learnt more English from Prof. Okoth, our grammarian, than I did in the four years I spent at Kivumbini high school.

The Early Birds Nairobi Toastmaster Clubs is new toastmasters club that is an offshoot of the Nairobi Toastmasters Club. The Nairobi Early Birds Toastmasters Club meets once a month, on every third Wednesday at 6:30 am at United Kenya Club. We invite you to support the new club by attending its meetings, becoming a sponsor, becoming a member, inviting guests or volunteering for roles.
